What Is the Timeline For This Process?
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, with funding recommendations typically made within two to three months of submission.
- After receiving your application, the appropriate NTCA committee(s) review it. If your project/program reaches this stage, you will be asked to present to the appropriate NTCA committee(s).
- TBID Advisory and Zone 1 Committees meet on the third Tuesday of the Month
- TOT Advisory Committee meets on the third Thursday of the Month
- Then, the project will be presented for approval at a board meeting.
- TBID-funded projects require final approval by the NTCA Board, which meets on the first Wednesday of each month.
- TOT-funded projects require recommendation by the NTCA Board and final approval by the Placer County Board of Supervisors.
- Next, applicants are notified of funding decisions.
- Finally, if awarded funding, grantees will submit quarterly progress reports and a final report for reimbursement.
