TOT Advisory Committee

Convened by the North Tahoe Community Alliance (NTCA), the TOT Advisory Committee recommends projects/programs to the NTCA board and Placer County Board of Supervisors that support North Lake Tahoe’s community priorities regarding economic health, community vitality, and environmental stewardship and human impact mitigation, to be funded by Transient Occupancy Tax generated by overnight visitors. The committee consists of 13-15 seats, including three advisory seats. The NTCA aims to establish a diverse committee, representative of the North Lake Tahoe community, and dedicated to supporting the community’s interests and needs.

Two at-large seats are open on this committee. NTCA’s committees are a diverse mix of local voices, and a way for community members to get involved and have a say in how tourism revenues are reinvested in North Tahoe. Apply by July 11, 2025.
