Connor McCarthy has worked in the ski industry for more than 18 years, beginning his career at Homewood Mountain Resort in 2009. Since 2018, he has served as Resort Services Director, bringing years of experience and a deep connection to the mountain community to his role. Outside of work, Connor enjoys an active lifestyle that includes running, cycling, swimming, snowboarding, and competing in triathlons.
