Josh has been the Director of Finance at The Ritz-Carlton, Lake Tahoe since mid-2020. He oversees the accounting and financial aspects of the resort’s various parcels and HOAs and collaborates with the leaders of those parcels. Josh has been with Marriott International, The Ritz-Carlton’s parent company, for 25 years, leading finance teams in complex luxury projects with residential and HOA components. Prior to making the Lake Tahoe area his home, he spent most of his career in Miami Beach, Florida and Austin and Dallas, Texas. Josh received his degree from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln, in his home state, where he was born and raised. Josh and his husband, Craig, reside full-time in Northstar, where they have found their forever home. During their free time, you can find them skiing, hiking, backpacking, and attending many of the community events the Tahoe region offers.
