Kelsey Everton is the Senior Manager of Environmental Health & Safety at Northstar California Resort, with over 16 years of experience leading safety, operations, and risk management across complex, multi‑location resort environments. A proud Kings Beach resident, Kelsey moved to the region in 2008 after graduating from UC Santa Barbara with a degree in Environmental Studies and has spent nearly two decades working at Northstar and across Truckee and North Tahoe businesses. She holds a deep appreciation for the people, environment, and working landscapes that define the community and is passionate about helping build a resilient, safe, and sustainable future for all.
