Annual Grant Cycle

About the Annual Grant Cycle

The Annual Grant Cycle is part of the TOT-TBID Dollars At Work Program. It is dedicated to strategically allocating Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) and North Lake Tahoe Tourism Business Improvement District (NLT-TBID) assessment funds to programs and projects to achieve community vitality, economic health, and environmental sustainability to benefit residents, businesses, and visitors in the North Lake Tahoe region.

Funding Priorities & Qualifications

The Annual Grant Cycle provides one year of funding for projects and programs that are ready to launch upon approval. While focused on near-term implementation, this opportunity can also serve as a springboard for longer-term initiatives. Applicants must meet minimum eligibility requirements and align their project with one of the funding priorities and guiding documents below. Projects and programs aligned with our community’s workforce housing needs will be prioritized during this Annual Grant Cycle. Click the icons below to learn more about each priority area.
