Recent Updates

Placer County is restarting planning for the county-owned 11-acre site at 3205 North Lake Boulevard near Tahoe City, formerly known as Dollar Creek Crossing. As the county prepares to seek a new development partner, it is asking the community to help shape the vision and priorities for future housing at the site. Residents can share feedback through an online survey and attend a public meeting on September 2 at 6 p.m. at North Tahoe High School.
