  • The MVT is also an integral segment of the resort triangle trail network which will connect the communities of Truckee, Kings Beach, and Tahoe City.
  • The Martis Valley Trail is a paved Class 1 ADA accessible trail and is open to all. It benefits locals and visitors alike.
  • 4.55 miles of the MVT has been constructed from the Town of Truckee through Army Corps of Engineers property in the Martis Valley to the Castle Peak Peaking Lots at Northstar.
  • Segment 3F, approx. 1.23 miles, will be a continuance of the trail between the Castle Peak Parking Lots and the Northstar Village.

The TOT-TBID Dollars At Work program is powered by the North Tahoe business community. Thank you to the business owners who created the Tourism Business Improvement District.
