• This project will procure and install the first-ever public art installation at North Tahoe Regional Park in Tahoe Vista.
• Located within the newly completed Community Gathering Space (2025), the new public art installation will serve as a central focal point for community gatherings, family and group outings, cultural programming, and special events.
• The final artwork (to be selected in Spring/Summer 2026) will ideally offer moments of reflection and inspiration for trail users, athletes, and everyday park users, strengthening the connection between our natural environment, cultural heritage, and diverse community here in North Lake Tahoe.

A Call to Artists is now open for the public art installation at the North Tahoe Regional Park Community Gathering Space in Tahoe Vista. The selected work will create a welcoming, site-specific experience that reflects themes of place, community, stewardship, and cultural heritage, enhancing this newly completed public gathering space for residents and visitors. Submissions are due July 31.
