RECENT UPDATES:

Nine new properties were added to the Lease to Locals program recently, housing 13 local workers and six children. Additionally, of the nine properties that completed the program during the last quarter, seven continue to rent long-term.

In total, 223 people have been housed through the Lease to Locals program since its inception, 97 properties have been awarded grants, and the average property rent is $2,546.
