RECENT UPDATES:

Three new properties were added to the program over the summer of 2024. One lender education webinar and two buyer webinars were hosted and several new applicants were added to the qualified list.

In total, 12 properties have been added to the Workforce Housing Preservation Program, with a disbursement of $1,357,200 in Deed Restrictions, averaging $113,100 per property.
