North Lake Tahoe-Truckee Leadership Program

Founded in partnership with the North Tahoe Chamber, the North Lake Tahoe-Truckee Leadership Program empowers emerging leaders to deepen their understanding of regional issues while strengthening their leadership skills. Since 2004, the program has graduated over 500 participants, many of whom actively contribute to community-building efforts across the region.

Through a mix of workshops, hands-on experiences, and field visits, participants explore topics such as health, education, regional planning, and non-profit advocacy, while developing skills in team leadership, decision-making, public speaking, and change management. The program includes a welcome reception, six full-day sessions, a half-day session, and optional field days that provide an up-close view of community challenges and opportunities.

The next leadership program starts in January 2026. Apply today!

Educational Workshops

Chamber Educational Workshops are designed to be engaging forums instrumental in the professional development of our local business community. These workshops are crafted to empower both individuals and businesses through focused and enriching learning experiences.

We offer a variety of topics that will shape the North Tahoe business landscape. These sessions are not just about theory; they’re hands-on experiences providing practical insights and tools to elevate your expertise.

Our ‘Lunch and Learn’ program features live training on relevant business topics. Held on odd months, these sessions are your ticket to staying on the cutting edge. Join us for a luncheon with the Chamber Executive Director on even months. This is an opportunity to delve into meaningful discussions on community topics that hold significance for business owners.

Check our calendar for the latest offerings and join us on the journey of continuous learning and growth.
